The Hampshire office has moved

Our office in Hampshire has moved! The new building gives us a new presence, a sense of character and integration, and acts as a staple to the Meon Valley street scene. The building is located near Bishops Waltham next to excellent transport links and a beautiful historic Highstreet - full of boutique shops and amenities.

This steps marks the next transition in Landmark’s move to increase visibility and insert itself into the local community, building on a relationship with local businesses, the public and promoting architecture of excellence in the surrounding area. The builidng has been specially adapted by us to promote BREEAM standards. BREEAM stands for “Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method”. This methodology ensures that buildings are compliant when it comes to sustainable construction, operation and design. As a result of this, we have been able to improve access for all users and improve facilities required for a modern day office.

The next phase of our strategy will include the implementation of EVCP’s (Electric Vehicle Charge Points) and upgrading the existing thermal properties.
