Hampshire development progresses on site

Landmark Design are thrilled to be delivering this exceptional residential development on behalf of Horton Barns, providing high quality timber construction in Waltham Chase, Hampshire to add to the Winchester City Council Local Plan (WCC LP) for additional homes.

The 7 new build homes, comprising of a mixed arrangement of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes, will offer the much needed family homes to the local area, and offer a build quality which is un-matched by larger developers in the area.

The houses are currently under construction, with phase 1 completion anticipated for November 2023, and the remainder of the houses ready for moving in - in early Summer 2024.
