Design Approach
The scheme combines a sensitive redesign of the existing house with bold new interventions. A dramatic double-height glazed gable at the rear creates a striking focal point, flooding the interiors with light and offering expansive views to the garden and pool. New extensions, including a contemporary wing and outdoor living structures, provide additional space for entertaining and family life, while ensuring the home feels cohesive as a whole.
Spatial Layout
Internally, every aspect of the home is being reimagined through a comprehensive interior design strategy. The layouts introduce flowing, open-plan living areas complemented by carefully defined private spaces, creating a balance of sociability and retreat. Natural materials and bespoke detailing elevate the interiors, with emphasis on light, texture, and a seamless dialogue between old and new.
Sustainability & Materials
Durable, high-quality materials are being used throughout to ensure longevity and minimal maintenance. Energy-efficient glazing, improved insulation, and modern building systems are being integrated to bring the large property up to contemporary performance standards, ensuring sustainability sits alongside luxury.
